Data sheets for 2068 Irish convicts who appealed against their sentence. The prisoners' Appeals papers are held in the State Paper Office, Dublin together with the convict Reference Book. The data sheets were compiled from these records. 1. List of convicts convicted and to be transported 1837-1840. 2. List of convicts unfit for transportation 1836-1837. 3. List of free settlers 1828-1848 (relatives of convicts).
